Refund Policy - Verma Relocation

At Verma Relocation, we try to keep our booking and payment process simple and fair. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled in different situations. It is not written to create confusion - it is written so that expectations are clear from the beginning.

Advance Payments

In most cases, we collect a small advance to confirm your moving date. This amount helps us block the vehicle, assign manpower, and schedule your relocation service properly.

If you cancel your booking well in advance, generally 48 hours before the scheduled move, the advance may be refunded after adjusting minimal administrative or survey charges (if applicable).

Same-Day Cancellation

If a booking is cancelled on the same day of moving, especially after the team has been dispatched, the advance amount may not be refundable. By that stage, resources have already been allocated – including manpower, fuel planning, and scheduling.

We request customers to inform us as early as possible if there is any change in plan. Early communication always helps.

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it is generally processed through the original mode of payment. Depending on banking timelines, it may take a few working days for the amount to reflect. We do not hold approved refunds unnecessarily. Each case is reviewed practically, not blindly

Refunds for completed moving services are not generally provided unless there is a clear service failure directly attributable to Verma Relocation and properly documented.

We operate as relocation professionals, not as a rigid corporate setup. Every situation is slightly different. That is why we prefer direct communication before jumping to refund decisions.
