When you choose Verma Relocation for your shifting requirement, it simply means we both agree to work together in a clear and professional manner. These terms are not written to complicate things – they are here so that there is no confusion later.
We believe good moving starts with proper understanding.
About Booking and Confirmation
Once you confirm our quotation – whether for house shifting, office relocation, or any other moving service, the booking is considered final for that scheduled date.
Our pricing is usually based on the discussion or survey done before the move. Naturally, if the quantity of goods increases on moving day, or access becomes difficult (like no lift, long walking distance, or restricted entry timing), then charges may need to be adjusted. This is not unexpected — it simply reflects the actual work involved.
We always inform you before making any changes.
Payments
To block the moving date, we usually take a small advance. The remaining amount is generally settled at the time of delivery.
We try to keep payment terms simple and transparent. There are no hidden conditions. But yes, clearance of payment is necessary before final handover of goods.
Packing and Handling Responsibility
Our team works carefully. Our intention is always to handle your belongings safely.
Still, it is important that you inform us in advance about:
- Fragile items like glass pieces, idols, artwork
- Expensive electronics
- Any item that needs special packing

Delays Beyond Control
We always try to deliver on time. But sometimes traffic, weather conditions, vehicle issues, or regulatory checks may cause delay. In such situations, we keep communication open. Our priority is safety first, speed second.
Damages and Claims
We handle goods with care. However, in the rare case of damage, customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
If transit insurance has been opted, claims are processed as per the insurance provider’s terms. Without insurance, liability is limited to agreed service conditions.
